365 Project

This is how my photography adventure began - signing up to do a free 365 project online - a kind of a photo journal where you document each day with an image. When I started the project back in 2010 I only had a small point-and-shoot camera and I did not know anything about photography. Initially, I was taking photos of my food, my cat, nature and attempting my very first self-portraits. Eventually, I connected with many amazing people all over the world, learned how to use my camera, developed a sense for natural light and found a hobby that later on turned into a business. Little did I know back then that this single decision to simply complete a project would turn out to influence the direction of my life in such a major way! Everybody has to learn somehow, diving into the unknown head first has always been my way ;-) Here is a small selection of the more memorable photos I took for my 365 project that I kept up for a few years on 365project.org.
